One-Stop Career Center System was established under the Workforce Investment Act ((WIA) of 1998 (P.L. 105-220), through which, under the Department of Labor (DOL), various federally funded education and training and social programs are cohesively coordinated at the One-Stop Center to provide students, job seekers and employers up-to-date information and referrals. Our basic focus is meeting Guam’s employers’ needs for job-ready, competent skilled workers, and addressing the needs of Guam’s individual citizens through training, education and employment. Each participating agencies at the One-Stop Center contributes to what it does best to serve you as a job seeker and employer.
